Esther Capuano
Client Onboarding & Intake Specialist

Esther serves as an Intake Coordinator at Peaceful Mind Behavioral Health & Wellness. With extensive experience in customer service and a strong dedication to helping others, she plays an essential role in welcoming new clients and guiding them toward the support they need.

Known for her warm demeanor and genuine desire to ensure every individual feels understood and cared for, Esther is committed to creating a safe and welcoming first point of contact. She approaches each interaction with compassion, professionalism, and a deep respect for the client experience. Her ability to listen, problem-solve, and provide clear guidance helps clients feel supported from their very first step with us.

With many years of customer service experience, I’ve learned how important it is for individuals to feel heard, valued, and supported, especially when they are navigating something as personal as beginning therapy. My goal is to ensure each client’s experience is met with kindness, understanding, and professionalism.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, friends, and church community. I also enjoy creating floral designs for weddings and special events, a creative outlet that brings me tremendous joy. I’m grateful for the opportunity to join Peaceful Mind and to be part of a team that truly makes a difference in the lives of others.”

Delilah Shea
Client Onboarding & Intake Specialist

Delilah is often the first face you’ll see when you walk into our Plantsville office and the first voice many clients hear when reaching out to Peaceful Mind Behavioral Health & Wellness. As one of the longest-standing members of our administrative team, Delilah has been with the practice for nearly three years and has become an invaluable part of our intake process.

With an extensive background in healthcare and patient support, including experience working in the call center of one of the largest healthcare agencies in Connecticut, Delilah brings a deep understanding of client needs and how to help guide individuals to the right therapist or medication provider. Her knowledge of our practice, services, and providers allows her to help match clients with the best possible care.

Over the years, Delilah has become a trusted leader within our administrative team. She plays an important role in training new intake coordinators and helping them learn the systems and processes that keep our office running smoothly. Her reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic make her someone both clients and staff can always count on.
Delilah has a genuine passion for mental health and is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every client who reaches out to our practice.

Riley Lloyd
Client Onboarding & Intake Specialist

Riley brings compassion, creativity, and a strong background in behavioral health to her role at Peaceful Mind Behavioral Health & Wellness. With experience supporting children and families through her work in art therapy and applied behavior analysis, Riley has developed a deep understanding of empathy and communication. She is passionate about helping clients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they connect with our practice. As part of our intake team, Riley ensures every client’s experience begins with care, organization, and understanding.

Riley serves as a kind and understanding first point of contact for clients beginning their care at Peaceful Mind in the Southington office. With a background in behavioral health and a genuine passion for helping others, she strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every client feels valued from their very first interaction.

Rylie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art Therapy with a minor in Psychology, combining her love for art and the field of mental health. Before joining the team Riley worked as a Behavior Technician providing direct ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum and with over 7 years of customer service experience she is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. "Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, walking my dog in nature, and caring for my growing collection of houseplants."​

Nicole Dinsmoor
Client Billing & Operations Coordinator
Nicole comes to Peaceful Mind with many years in the healthcare field. Her previous roles included a Manager at a local MedSpa, and she also held the title of Practice Manager at another mental health practice. Nicole really enjoyed working with the clients in this field. Nicole is also a certified nursing assistant.

My journey in the medical field started about 8 years ago as a CNA. I dabbled in a few different fields, ultimately landing in medical aesthetics for the last 5 years, 4 of those in an administrative role.
In the last year, I found myself in a holistic functional medicine practice and that is where my passion for helping others soared and ultimately landed me here at Peaceful Mind. I am excited to be part of this team and offer support throughout.

Outside of work, catch me cheering on my two daughters at their cheer competitions, snuggling with my 90lb lap dog or curled up with a good book.

Rylan Sullivan
Billing & Administrative Specialist
Ryan is an Licensed Master Social Worker. Rylan is a vital member of our team, serving as both Billing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. With a strong background in office administration and financial processes, Rylan ensures smooth billing operations and helps maintain the efficient day-to-day running of the practice. Rylan is committed to providing clear and accurate billing support, working closely with clients and insurance companies to ensure all transactions are processed in a timely manner.

In addition to their billing duties, Rylan is the go-to person for administrative tasks. Known for their attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities, Rylan is dedicated to offering seamless support to both our team and clients, ensuring that everyone feels valued and heard.

With a compassionate approach to mental health care, Rylan plays an essential role in creating an organized, welcoming environment where our clients can feel confident in the services they are receiving.
Rylan is also a compassionate and skilled Licensed Master's Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health journey. Rylan providers a supportive, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.

Sarah Decker
Medication & Client Discharge Support
Sarah plays a key role in supporting both our medication providers and clients with medication related needs at Peaceful Mind Behavioral Health & Wellness. She manages the medication line, assists with refill requests, and helps coordinate communication between clients and prescribers to ensure questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
​
In addition to supporting the medication team, Sarah helps obtain medication authorizations, manages discharge letters, and oversees important documentation to ensure client records remain accurate and up to date. She also assists with administrative processes such as archiving client files, managing incoming faxes, supporting insurance follow-ups, and helping with daily audit tasks that keep the practice running smoothly.

Sarah’s strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others allow her to play an important role in ensuring our medication services are efficient, responsive, and supportive for the clients we serve.

Kayla Bouchard
Client Billing & Operations Coordinator
Kayla is our Practice Operations & Intake Support Coordinator at Peaceful Mind Behavioral Health & Wellness. In this role, she supports day-to-day practice operations and assists with the intake process to help ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for our clients. Kayla works closely with our administrative and clinical teams to maintain organization, communication, and continuity of care across the practice.
Learn more about Kayla below: "I am a Michigan State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies and a minor in Human Behavior and Social Services. I have internship experience at a women’s center, where I supported programs focused on advocacy, resource coordination, and community-based services. My academic and professional interests center on domestic violence and postpartum depression, with a focus on improving access to trauma-informed care and support systems for women and families. I plan to pursue a Master’s degree in Social Work to further develop my research and clinical skills and to work toward advancing equitable mental health and social support services.

In my spare time I love to read and hang out with my cats.

Heidi Oneglia
Administrative Coordinator
Heidi is a member of our administrative team at Peaceful Mind Behavioral Health & Wellness, where she helps ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently for both clients and providers. She works closely with the clinical and administrative staff to support daily operations and maintain clear communication throughout the practice.
​
In her role, Heidi assists with managing incoming faxes, monitoring and responding to the medication line, and helping coordinate Release of Information (ROI) requests. She also supports internal processes such as daily audit files and plays an active role in outreach efforts to local offices to help strengthen referral relationships within the community.

Heidi shares this position with Sarah, and together they help keep our administrative systems organized so our providers can focus on delivering quality care to our clients.

Caitlyn Bouchard
Practice Operations & Finance Manager
Caitlyn is the heart of our office, playing a pivotal role in creating a calm and efficient environment that keeps everything running smoothly. As our practice manager, she oversees the accounts payable/receivables department, manages HR functions, and handles all our bookkeeping with precision and care. Caitlyn’s commitment to excellence ensures that everything is in order, allowing the team to focus on what they do best. Caitlyn's dedication, experience, and warmth makes her an invaluable part of our team, and we're lucky to have her as the backbone of the office.

"I hold a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with a minor in Accounting from the University of Hartford. With over 17 years of experience working in large law firms across Connecticut, I have built a diverse skill set, taking on roles such as Paralegal, Financial Manager, Human Resources Manager, Office Manager, IT Coordinator, and Bookkeeper. My career has been marked by growth and adaptability, allowing me to wear many hats and thrive in various positions.
​
In 2018, I took on a new challenge by starting my own mental health medical billing company and transitioned away from my position as a Paralegal in 2020 to focus on my entrepreneurial venture.
​
When I'm not managing the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family here in Connecticut. I reside with my husband, my stepdaughter (a senior at Michigan State), my 15 year-old daughter and my energetic 10 year old son. In my spare time, I love taking family vacations, especially to New Hampshire and Cape Cod. This is where I take the time to hike this beautiful world around us and listen to the waves at the beach, while I watch my crazy kids, laugh, dance and play."

Through thoughtful and engaging content, she highlights our providers, promotes mental health awareness, and keeps our community informed about services, groups, and events happening within the practice.
