Alicia Hill-Levy

LPC | Therapist

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor through the State of Connecticut with a master’s degree in School Counseling. I have extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the journey of self-discovery. I am deeply committed to creating inclusive, affirming spaces where BIPOC clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing. My therapeutic approach is integrative, evidence-based, and insight-driven drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic modalities. I also incorporate attachment theory alongside somatic and mindfulness-based practices.

I often remind clients that “we can only meet others as deeply as we’ve met ourselves.” I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to see ourselves honestly and intentional enough to do the work that follows. My style is warm, emotionally intuitive, and solution-focused, blending psychoeducation and humor to create a space that feels grounding and deeply human. I also work in a visual and poetic way, using imagery and metaphor to help clients make sense of their inner experiences. I enjoy helping clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, rebuild self-trust, and explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My role is to help people face themselves with compassion, lean into their wholeness, and return to a place of authenticity and presence.
