LPC | Therapist
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I entered the mental health field after I graduated from Western Connecticut State University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology in the year of 2013. I then obtained my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University in the year of 2015.

I have worked in a variety of settings which include therapeutic group homes, outpatient settings, and community mental health programs funded by the Court Support Services Division. I have experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have worked with a variety of populations including at-risk teens, couples experiencing relational stress, and individuals struggling with life stressors/transitions, symptoms related to adjustment disorders, ADHD, OCD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and PTSD.

I enjoy working to assist my clients in reaching their therapeutic goals with the use of DBT techniques, CBT techniques, solution focused techniques, strength-based approaches, and motivational interviewing techniques. I strive to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment. My goal is to assist each of my clients in reaching a place of comfort for self-exploration that will lead to emotional wellness, and inner growth. I look forward to helping you reach your therapeutic goals as well as emotional healing. I am currently seeing adult clients for in-person sessions or telehealth sessions.
