When people are exposed to trauma or tremendous difficulties in life, their quality of life frequently disintegrate. My biggest passion is to assist people in healing after a traumatic or difficult challenging events. I empower my clients, whom include children, adults, and families, discover healthy solutions for themselves and enhance their relationships so that they may recognize themselves as tranquil, whole, complete, and safe.
I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in a range of modalities including CBT, Family System Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational interviewing, Empowerment and Self-Determination, and Play Therapy.
