Jessica DeSimone

LMSW | Therapist

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) with a diverse background spanning the trading floor, behavioral health, and community-based work. These experiences have shaped my understanding of resilience, relationships, stress, and life transitions. My professional journey includes  supporting individuals in recovery, substance use treatment, mental health, and personal growth, as well as working with adolescents to build confidence, coping skills, and emotional regulation. I serve as Executive Director of local nonprofit that helps neurodivergent children and their families, where I’m passionate about creating meaningful connections and supportive spaces for individuals and families.

My counseling style is compassionate, genuine, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and offer faith-based counseling for those who wish to incorporate faith into their healing journey.

I support clients navigating grief, recovery, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, and feeling stuck. I believe growth is always possible, and sometimes healing begins with simply taking the next step. I focus on building a rapport where clients feel at ease, respected and comfortable to explore challenges.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with family, tending to our bees, hiking, or chasing a sunset.
