I became a counselor because I believe people deserve real support — someone who will sit with them in the hard moments and help them find their way forward. My goal is simple: to offer you a safe, judgment-free space where you can face your challenges, build on your strengths, and rediscover hope.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University (2025) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). I also bring 40 years of hands-on clinical experience working with individuals facing serious mental health, social, and life challenges — which means I've seen a great deal, and very little will surprise me. That experience has made me patient, persistent, and deeply respectful of the unique path each person walks.
I tailor my approach to fit you. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), positive psychology, and person-centered methods, I meet you where you are. I also have experience supporting clients with substance use and process addictions.
I believe that finding meaning and purpose is central to healing. If faith or spirituality is part of your life, I'm happy to honor that in our work together — at whatever level feels comfortable to you.
I work with adults, older adults, adolescents, and men dealing with a wide range of life concerns.
If you're ready to take that first step, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
