LMSW | Therapist
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s transitions with empathy, understanding, and practical support. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Central Connecticut State University and my Master of Social Work (MSW), with a focus on Administration and Advocacy, from the University of Denver.
I have experience working with diverse backgrounds and populations, including children and families, and adults facing mental health and substance use challenges. My approach is centered on meeting each person where they are while creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for growth and healing.
Using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change. I believe in providing compassionate, empathetic care while empowering individuals to navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, and achieve their personal goals.
