Our office staff comes together to help create and maintain a peaceful working environment that helps to ease the process for all of our clients. Whether you are speaking with our intake coordinator or our billing department, we all work together to meet our off our client's needs.

Alicyn Pintarich
Intake Coordinator
123 Middle Street, Bristol

Alicyn will be the first face you see when you walk into our Bristol office. Alicyn has an extensive background working in the dental administration field, be she has discovered that really enjoys working in the mental health industry. Alicyn is an wonderful listener and really has compassion for our clients. She will make sure to listen to all of your needs. This way she can find the best therapist or medication provider possible at our office.

"I am a wife and a mother to my wonderful husband and little boy who I absolutely adore. They are my drive that keeps me going. My background has been in the Dental Field for the past eight years. I started out in pediatrics and moved around to some other specialties along the way. I made the decision that I wanted to branch out and make a career change, so I am actively attending Goodwin University in East Hartford to further my education with my goal of becoming an Ultrasound Technician.

In my spare time I love reading, listening to music, painting numbers and spending time with my husband and son. I particularly love being outside, especially during the warmer months. I am an extremely empathic person who loves to help others anyway I could."

Eleanor Ruiz
Office Coordinator
Community Outreach

Eleanor is one of our team members that helps keep our clients and clinicians happy.  Her caring personality ensures that YOU will be heard!! As our Office Coordinator, Eleanor will be working with our clients and clinicians to bring a peaceful and calming atmosphere to our office. As our Community Outreach Coordinator, Eleanor will be working with local businesses and other providers to ensure that Peaceful Mind is actively playing a role in making our community a better place.

Caitlyn Bouchard
Financial & Practice Manager

Caitlyn is the backbone of our office.  She manages the office helping to create a peaceful environment that allows things to run smoothly. Caitlyn runs the accounts payable department and handles all of our bookkeeping as well.

" I graduated from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science in legal studies and a minor in accounting. I’ve worked in large law firms across the state of Connecticut over the last 17 years as a Paralegal and Financial Manager. I've always grown in my positions eventually wearing many hats and performing a wide variety of duties.  Always wearing many hats and holding a variety of titles including, Human Resources Manager, Office Manager, Bookkeeper, IT Coordinator, Financial Manager and more. Eventually leaving the law firm and opening my own mental health medical billing company.  

I reside in Bristol, CT with my husband, stepdaughter who is a sophomore at Michigan State, my 11 year old daughter and very rambunctious 7 year old son. In my spare time, I enjoy family vacations in New Hampshire and Cape Cod, hiking this beautiful world around us, listening to the waves at the beach and watching my crazy kids, laugh, dance and play."

Sarah Decker
Social Media Coordinator

Sarah is responsible for all of our social media. She takes her time to create specific content that is inspirational, uplifting and informative to our clients and the people in our community. All of our Facebook and Instagram posts are carefully created by Sarah using multiple different programs like Canva and Photoshop. Rylan Sullivan , LMSW
Administrative Assistant

Ryan is an Licensed Master Social Worker and administrative assistant. In addition to seeing clients at Peaceful Mind, Rylan also supports the intake coordinators and providers with various office administrative tasks. From calling clients regarding their insurance benefits to working with providers when they need assistance with discharge letters, DCF requests, medical record retrieval and more, Rylan does it all.
