Agatha Gilberto
APRN | Medication Provider
I am a medication provider here at Peaceful Mind. My clinical experience includes working on various floors at Hartford Hospital, including a medicine-teaching floor with mostly adult patients. After earning my masters degree, I gained experience working with patients ages 18 months and up in an urgent care setting. Currently, I also practice in an outpatient adult cardiology setting. This wide range of work history has provided me with the insight and skills necessary to offer safe and emphatic care for my patients.
In my practice I combine detailed assessments, evidence-based medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. I work in partnership with each patient and their therapist to help better manage stress and remove barriers to reach life goals.
I conduct initial evaluations and provide ongoing medication management along with supportive therapy in partnership with our therapists for:
· General Anxiety Disorder
· Depression
· ADHD
