Life can feel overwhelming at times, and navigating challenges on your own can be incredibly difficult. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe in the power of connection, compassion, and creating a space where you feel supported through life's most challenging moments. My goal is to provide a warm, authentic, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are.
Since graduating from the University of Connecticut in 2020, I have had the privilege of working alongside children, adolescents, and young adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief, and major life transitions. I understand that every person's journey is unique, and I believe that you are the expert on your own life.
My approach is collaborative and person-centered, focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, understanding, and respect. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore challenges, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.
Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I tailor treatment to meet your individual needs and goals. Whether you're seeking support through a difficult season, working to better understand yourself, or building skills to manage everyday stressors, I am committed to helping you feel empowered, supported, and capable of creating meaningful change.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and well-being.
