Scott Marcoe
LPCA | Therapist
My name is Scott Marcoe, and I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges of substance use, mental health, and personal growth. My approach to counseling is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and collaboration.
As a clinician in recovery myself, I bring both professional training and lived experience into the therapeutic space. I understand firsthand the courage it takes to seek help, face difficult emotions, and create lasting change. This perspective allows me to connect with clients in a meaningful and compassionate way, while offering hope that recovery and healing are possible.
I use an eclectic and individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that no single method works for everyone. Rather than sticking to one theory, I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices to meet each client where they are. I believe therapy is a collaborative process one where we work together to explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools for change. At the same time, I am not afraid to provide honest feedback, challenge unhelpful patterns, and support accountability when needed.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you are struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, stability, and becoming the best version of yourself.
