LMSW | Therapist

I became a social worker because I believe childhood is one of the most important and formative seasons of life. After earning my Master’s in Social Work in 2022, I have had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and families in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), IICAPS, and school-based outpatient settings. These experiences have strengthened my belief that meaningful change begins when children feel safe, understood, and supported within both their families and communities.

I use play-based therapy and draw from approaches such as DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and MATCH, always tailoring my work to each child’s unique needs. While evidence-based practices guide my work, connection is at the heart of it. I strive to create a space where children can express big feelings, build confidence, and develop practical coping skills in ways that feel natural and empowering.

I also partner closely with parents and caregivers, knowing that lasting growth happens beyond the therapy room. My goal is to help families feel supported, equipped, and hopeful as they navigate challenges together.
