LPCA | Therapist
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) through the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health and have a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Central Connecticut State University.
I have worked as a Middle and High School Counselor in the public schools for over 20 years, helping young people navigate the challenges of adolescence and supporting families through times of transition and difficulty. I understand the unique dynamics of family systems and the complexities that adolescents face today. I draw deep inspiration from the work of Brené Brown. Believing in the power of vulnerability and the strength found in embracing our authentic selves, I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for clients on their journey towards healing and growth. I have a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges, and am a firm believer that it is never too late to begin or revisit therapy. Whether facing personal struggles, relationship issues,
or simply seeking personal development, your journey will be embraced with empathy and understanding. I am committed to guiding clients towards self-discovery, resilience, and empowerment,
believing that each individual possesses the strength to create positive change in their lives.
With a blend of warmth, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person's unique journey, I am dedicated to helping clients embrace their true selves and live more fulfilling lives. If you are ready to start your journey of self-exploration and growth, I am here to support you every step of the way, celebrating your courage and resilience as you navigate life's challenges.
