Healing begins with a single step, even when the path feels uncertain. Taking the first step toward support can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll approach the challenges you’re facing with curiosity and compassion while helping you uncover your strengths and create an authentic and empowering path forward.

In my safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space, you’ll feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll explore your unique story, uncover your strengths, and create a plan that feels right for you. Our goal will be to integrate your past and present into a healthy and affirming narrative. Using an integrative, client-centered approach, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Informed Practice, we’ll tailor our work to meet your needs.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions, interpersonal conflict, trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. I also have experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sex trafficking, and intimate partner violence.
As an LMSW, my goal is to help you build healthier coping skills, navigate challenges with greater ease, and create positive transformations that truly impact your life. As an inclusive, anti-oppressive therapist, I believe therapy is a collaborative journey—one where I walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect every step of the way.

You don’t have to stay stuck. Let’s take that first step together.
