Are you currently dealing with a challenging life event that you believe is insurmountable? We will work together to figure out how to navigate your way back to feeling more centered and to a place where you can become a better version of yourself- or any version that you envision! I believe in using a collaborative, compassionate, and empathetic approach to meet my clients where they are.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. I work with young adults, older adults, and families who are grappling with the circumstances of life. It is critical to me to develop a relationship with each client that is authentic, and that will foster a sense of trust as you begin to engage in the therapeutic process. I understand that starting a new relationship can be daunting- which is why your experience while engaging in treatment will always be honored. If you are struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety or are experiencing relationship stressors, I can help you explore ways of managing symptoms to resolve your issues in a non-judgmental and comfortable environment.

I specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma, including emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Multidimensional Family Therapy, and Supportive Counseling. If you are thinking about starting therapy, I would be honored to assist you with identifying the strengths and tools that lie within you to cope with the challenges of life so that you can live a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
