LPCA | Therapist
A Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) and School Counselor, who received a Master’s degree in School and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph.
Working full time as a School Counselor in a public High School. Taking this first step to counseling is not always easy. Whether you have been to therapy before or are starting for the first time, I am here to help. I believe in forming a positive relationship with clients, emphasizing the importance of a safe space for therapeutic rapport. I take an existential approach with my clients, to help clients foster their roles and responsibilities. My goal as a therapist is to help you feel empowered and capable without making you feel judged. I believe therapy should be collaborative and feel it is important to work with clients to help promote growth using your own timeline.
I have experience in both school and outpatient settings. I have worked with children to older adults with various diagnoses. I work with individuals, couples and families. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, couples and the LGBTQAI+ community.
Change in any capacity can be difficult and you don't need to go through it alone. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions! I look forward to meeting you and creating positive growth and change.
