Rylan Sullivan
LMSW | Therapist
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker from University of Connecticut. I have several years of experience working with teens, adolescents, and families in a variety of different clinical settings. I believe individuals and families are the experts of their own lives and I take a genuine and supportive client-centered approach to meet every client’s individual needs.
My approach to treatment focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship while providing a safe space to empower the people I work with to voice their strengths and struggles. While utilizing a strengths-based approach I work with clients to help them discover who they are and the treatment goals they want to work on.
I practice Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) as treatment modalities to explore and address life experiences collaboratively and make the meaningful changes that you want to see.
